The Mandarin Oriental

We deliver flowers weekly to the wonderfully grand Mandarin Oriental.  They requested English garden flowers, so that their guests knew where they were when they woke.

Test Tube Display

Melissa stumbled across this brilliant find - an antique test tube holder.
Between us we have an impressive collection of vintage vases but I think this is one is one of my favourite ways of displaying flowers to date!

JamJar Flowers profiled on Harlequin & Romance

Introducing JamJar Flowers, possibly one of my favourite wedding-related finds to date.

JamJar Flowers is a new and exciting floral design (not florist) company based in South London. The pictures above pretty much say a lot about their unique design and output. Simple, organic & elegant. They use locally sourced flowers and work with clients with bespoke arrangements for weekly deliveries to business’ in and around London through to events, such as the obvious, Weddings!

I’m drawn ot JamJar Flowers for their simplistic approach and stunning execution: Who would have thought that hydrangeas in a bowl could look so damn great?! The proof is in the picture.

Floral design at wedding and events can transform a room, and flowers should be a staple at any wedding. Often, couples who have budget sacrifice on these key elements and end up being lumped with a small stiff floral gesture with little or no impact in a big or intimate space. Flowers at a wedding in all their glory make such an effect on the day and JamJar flowers are fuelling the wedding industry with new, stunning, yet simple, creations that are a must-have for the big day!

Very excited about working with them in the close future.

JamJar flowers + Harlequin & Romance

We were recently asked by Bec Holt of Harlequin & Romance to showcase some of our flowers at an event supported by Benefit make-up. We filled the space with seasonal flowers, a center piece overflowing with Hydrangeas and Blackberries.  Bunches of pink Roses and Thistles for bridesmaids, Peonies and Hops.  Flowers covered most surfaces and our piece de resistance, a huge heart suspended in the window of the Covent Garden based store.     There are plenty more pictures to follow.
